Heat from frozen to internal temperature at least 65°C (145°F).
Heating time greatly depends on the kitchen equipment used.
Do not overcook!
Frying Pan:
1. Preheat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place the Nalysnyky there in a single layer and fry, covered, for 8-10 minutes, flipping once until golden brown.
3. Serve with sour cream or mayo.
Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place Nalysnyky on a baking pan with parchment paper in a single layer & bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown, flipping once.
3. Serve with sour cream or mayo.
Air Fryer:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F).
2. Place Nalysnyky into an air fryer basket in a single layer and heat 7-9 minutes until golden brown, flip once.
3. Serve with sour cream or mayo.
