2. Place the Fish Cakes in a single layer and fry, covered, for 12-15 minutes, flipping until golden brown and the internal temperature is 74°C (165°F).Oven:

2. Place the Fish Cakes on a baking pan with parchment paper in a single layer & bake for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature is 74°C (165°F), flipping once.Air Fryer:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F).
