Syrnyky are cakes made from cottage cheese. This cheese is a staple in every Eastern European household, and many Ukrainian desserts are made with it.
I can not imagine a traditional Ukrainian breakfast without cottage cheese pancakes. What do they taste like? They are sweet, pillowy-soft on the inside, and crispy on the outside. They also have small pieces of milk chocolate inside.
