Do not defrost.
Boiling (Ukrainian traditional cooking way):
Place the Dumplings/Pelmeni in boiling salted water and stir to prevent them from sticking to the pan's bottom. Bring to a boil, and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until ready.
Boiling & Frying:
Place the Dumplings/Pelmeni in boiling salted water and stir to avoid sticking to the pan bottom. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. After that, put them in a preheated frying pan with some vegetable oil. Fry until they have a golden-brown crust.
Pan Frying:
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat to 375°F (190°C). Place the Dumplings/Pelmeni in a single layer and fry covered for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.
The product is cooked at an internal temperature of 74°C(165°F).
Serve with sour cream or mayo.
