You can defrost before cooking.

Cooking time greatly depends on the kitchen equipment used.

Do not overcook!

Cooking Instruction:

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

2. Remove the food wrap from the packaging and place the cabbage rolls in a foil container in the oven.

3. Cook for 40-60 minutes until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches at least 74°C (165°F).

4. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise.
