Pan Fried

1. Preheat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over medium heat to 190°C (375°F).

2. Place the Benderyky there in a single layer and fry, covered, for 6-8 minutes, flipping once until golden brown.

3. Serve with sour cream or mayo.

Oven

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

2. Place Benderyky on a baking pan with parchment paper in a single layer & bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping once.

3. Serve with sour cream or mayo.

Air Fryer

1. Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F).

2. Place Benderyky into an air fryer basket in a single layer and heat for 7-9 minutes until golden brown. Flip once.

3. Serve with sour cream or mayo.
