Keep frozen.
Heat from frozen to internal at least 74°C (165°F).
Cooking time greatly depends on the kitchen equipment used. Do not overcook!
Frying Pan.
1. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place the Schnitzels in a single layer and fry, covered, for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Oven.
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place the Schnitzels on a baking pan with parchment paper in a single layer & bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown, flipping once.
Air Fryer.
1. Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F).
2. Place the Schnitzels into an air fryer basket in a single layer and heat for 7-9 minutes until golden brown. Flip once.
