    Don’t defrost.

    Boil:

    Place the perogies/varenyky in boiling salted water and stir to avoid sticking to the pan bottom. Bring to a boil, and cook for 6-8 minutes until ready.

    Boiling & Frying:

    Place the perogies/varenyky in boiling salted water and stir to avoid sticking to the pan bottom. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. After that, put it onto a preheated frying pan with some vegetable oil. Fry till getting a golden-brown crust.

    Serve with sour cream.
