Keep frozen.
Cook from frozen to internal at least 74°C (165°F).
Сooking time greatly depends on the kitchen equipment used.

Do not overcook!

Frying Pan.

1. Preheat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over medium heat to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place the Syrnyky/ Sweet Cottage Cheese Cakes in a single layer and fry, covered, for 12-15 minutes, flipping until golden brown and the internal temperature is 74°C (165°F).

Oven.

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place the Syrnyky/ Sweet Cottage Cheese Cakes on a baking pan with parchment paper in a single layer & bake for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature is 74°C (165°F), flipping once.

Air Fryer.

1. Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F).
2. Place the Syrnyky/ Sweet Cottage Cheese Cakes into an air fryer basket in a single layer and heat for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature is 74°C (165°F). Flip once.
