Perogies / Varenyky with Beef, 1kg

Boiling:
Place the perogies/varenyky in boiling salted water and stir to avoid sticking to the pan bottom. Bring to a boil, and cook for 7 - 8 minutes until ready.
Boiling & Frying:
Place the perogies/varenyky in boiling salted water and stir to avoid sticking to the pan bottom. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. After that, put it onto a preheated frying pan with some vegetable oil. Fry till getting a golden-brown crust.
Pan Frying:
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat to 375°F (190°C). Place the perogies/varenyky in a single layer and fry covered for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.
Serve with fried bacon, sour cream, or mayo.
