Cook from frozen to internal 74°C (165°F).
You can defrost before cooking.
Cooking time greatly depends on the kitchen equipment used.

Pan Fried.

1. Preheat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat.
2. Place the Cutlets in a single layer and fry, covered, for 25-30 minutes, flipping once.

Oven.

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place the Cutlets on a baking pan with parchment paper in a single layer & bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping once.

Air Fryer.

1. Preheat the Air fryer to 199°C (390°F).
2. Place the Cutlets into a air fryer basket in a single layer and heat 25-30 minutes until golden brown, flip once.

It is best served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
